ABOUT THE TALIA CHAISE
Thank you for your interest in our slipcovered Talia Chaise. If you have any questions not addressed in this information
packet, please call 800-367-2810. One of our representatives will be glad to assist you.
CONSTRUCTION
Our Talia Chaise meets the highest craftsmanship standards, as indicated by the one-year full manufacturer's warranty. Each piece is
benchmade, never put on an assembly line, and finished in durable muslin casings. Construction begins with a kiln-dried hardwood
frame, corner-blocked and secured by double dowels—the sturdiest method practiced. Flexolator steel and seat support system
guard against sagging. The core of each cushion, double-wrapped 1.8 lb. density foam, is surrounded by an outer layer of
channeled down-proof ticking filled with down-blend for the signature look and feel of luxury.
SLIPCOVERS
Each Chaise comes with one Slipcover which can be easily removed for cleaning or changing. Purchase additional Slips for the
opportunity of updating your furniture to reflect a new season or mood. Slipcovers are available through our COM service (details
attached) to have your Slip made in a fabric you provide.
Each Slip is made with overlocking seams for extra durability, plus their heavy-duty industrial plastic zippers never need replacing
and won’t rust or jam. Velcro strips under each piece's arms allow you to adjust the Slip’s drape from a slightly baggy fit to a tighter,
more tailored look.
Our Slipcovers are crafted to Ballard specifications, resulting in furniture pieces and Slips made exclusively for each other. This
means that this Slipcover will fit only the Talia Chaise; we do not recommend purchasing it with other manufacturers’ furniture in
mind.
FABRIC CARE
All of our Talia Slipcover fabrics are pre-washed and may be machine-washed in cold water with a mild detergent (be sure to close
the zippers before washing). Dry on Delicate (not to exceed 150˚); do not line dry.
