New Basketball Arena: Construction Cost: $68.5 million. The Arena is currently 91% complete.
Contract completion is July 25, 2010, but the project is on schedule to complete by May 2010.
Interior finish activities such as painting and cabinetry are complete in some areas and well
underway in others. Architectural punch lists are also in progress in select areas. Finish exterior
work, such as sidewalks and landscaping is also underway. The Hall of Honor work has begun and
is scheduled to complete in June 2010.

Transportation Technology Center - Phase II: Construction Cost: $34.0 million. The project is
approximately 33% complete. Structural Steel erection on Building F is complete and decorative
stonework installation is currently ongoing. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-sprinkler
rough-ins are ongoing on all floors. Exterior masonry walls are nearly complete on all levels.
