renters are now available from the new Web site ShouldIRentIt.com. In addition to providing
detailed reviews of rental properties from around the world, ShouldIRentIt.com also features a
unique community forum, allowing visitors to share their experiences renting different properties.

property renters and rental agents, announces its recent launch. With the global economic downturn, it is
becoming increasingly difficult to afford to buy a home, not only in the United States, but around the world. As a
result, the rental community is growing at a rapid rate. ShouldIRentIt.com was developed to provide renters a
singular resource for sharing information and reviews of apartments, homes and all rental properties worldwide.
ShouldIRentIt.com was founded by Hamish Murray, a medical doctor turned winemaker turned Internet
entrepreneur, who developed it in conjunction with Web design company Vortex Graphics Inc, based in St James,
Long Island, New York.
"The idea to create ShouldIRentIt.com first came to me when I rented a property on Long Island. I was so rushed
that I didn't have time to thoroughly research the property before I rented it, and I lost big time. The only people
who can tell you the truth about a property are those who have rented it. The owner and agent simply want you to
sign the dotted line no matter what, so they are naturally not going to give an unbiased account.
