Dedicated to quick
recovery, Colonial
Haven has continued
the tradition of offer-
ing care in a comfort-
able atmosphere in
the historic Greens-
boro area. Colonial
Haven has the unique
opportunity to pro-
vide care in a rural,
homestyle setting
while continuously
seeking out the most
advanced technology.
Our most recent addi-
tion is the “Back on
Track” unit for short
term rehabilitation
and has been a great
success . Back on
Track is a dedicated
unit that brings to-
gether our Physical,
Occupational and
Speech therapist,
Nurses, Health Care
Professionals and
your personal physi-
cian to coordinate
health care post-
hospitalization needs.
We will continue to pro-
vide a continuum of
care, as we have for over
20 years, that supports
successful recovery up
until the return home.
Our team’s focus is de-
livered with clinical ex-
cellence and compas-
sion. We are here to
support the resident and
their family during this
recovery time.
At life’s critical moments
you need a team of profes-
sionals that you can trust
and count on. Colonial
Haven will also help to
coordinate care upon the
return home!
