Consolidated Print Center
The Consolidated Print Center (CPC) provides high-volume mainframe and network print services to all
state agencies. We can accommodate a variety of data streams and have several software tools available that
can compose and format documents. We have the ability to manage a one-time print request or improve
existing processes by managing many of your routine office mailings.
Examples of some recent accomplishments include the printing of DNR E-Licenses from the Internet and
working with Retirement Services to process files generated from their new client-server pension system.
CPC printers are designed for high volume production print applications. These printers offer:
n Duplex and simplex imaging.
n Both cut-sheet and pin-feed stocks of various sizes are utilized on a number of different print devices.
n Variable data merging onto static electronic or pre-printed forms. All the necessary resources are digitally
n Mainframe cut-sheet highlight color printing that can produce one additional color with black ink.
The CPC works closely with Mail & Delivery Services (MDS) to ensure any new application development
meets U.S. Postal Service standards for postal discounts to maximize overall savings. Proximity to MDS
also eliminates logistics between print and mail and enables instant reprints for pieces damaged during
processing. Analysts can work with your staff to determine the most efficient manner to complete your

Our technicians use several mainframe and network composition tools to create electronic form overlays. We
have the resources available to provide conditional placement of variable data onto either a pre-printed or
