Brian T. Anderson Appointed Chief Sales Officer

PHILADELPHIA--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Martin E. Judge, Jr., CEO of The Judge Group, a leading
professional services firm offering Technology Consulting, Enterprise-Wide Staffing and Corporate Training, today
announced that the company has appointed Brian T. Anderson to the position of Chief Sales Officer.
Anderson, a member of The Judge Group’s executive team since 2004, is an established leader in the firm and has
played a key role in its continuous growth and development. In his previous position, he profitably led the firm’s
expansion into fifteen new markets across the United States. As Chief Sales Officer, Anderson is responsible for
overseeing both the national and global strategic account management programs, driving sales force productivity, and
developing client relationships.
“Brian joined our firm in 2001 as a senior account manager and through his strong leadership skills, keen
understanding of the industry and performance-oriented management style, he has risen through the ranks,” stated

Prior to joining Judge, Mr. Anderson was Vice President for Real Time Software Systems, an IT Consultancy in
Atlanta, GA. He has over 10 years of experience building professional services firms aligned with business-
technology consulting, staffing, and human resource outsourcing. He also served as an IT Recruiter, Senior Account
Executive and Business Systems Analyst for Drexel Technical (now TEKsystems).
