Health and Safety Code.

Plan Check
• For new or remodeled food establishments
as required in the California Health and
Safety Code.
• Submit plans to be reviewed by a plan
check specialist for approval or rejection.
• Conduct construction inspections to verify
compliance with approved plans.
• Conduct final inspections and issuance of a
permit to operate.
