Installation of Mechanical Systems at New U.S. Federal

Contractors (UMEC) subsidiary has received a contract for the installation of mechanical systems at the new U.S. Federal Courtho
San Diego, California.
UMEC will be responsible for the installation of all mechanical and plumbing systems at the 17-story, 465,000 square foot new U.S
Courthouse, which includes 6 courtrooms, 12 judges’ chambers, government offices and public spaces, as well as an underground
UMEC will also be involved in the renovation to the lobby of the existing Edward J. Schwartz U.S. Federal Courthouse.
UMEC will utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) to facilitate installation coordination among all trades on this project. The ne
