Charles Waggoner Named New Chair of SPFA’s
Low-Density Foam Committee (LDC).
Arlington, TX — Charles Waggoner of DEMILEC (USA) LLC® has been
appointed as the new Chair of SPFA’s, Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance,
Low-Density Foam Committee (LDC).
Upon Charles’ retirement as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, he
founded Comfort Masters LLC in 1994, a spray foam insulation contractor
servicing the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. After more than ten years of
experience as a SPF contractor, he joined DEMILEC (USA), where he
currently serves as a Product Engineer.
“Charles will bring a unique perspective to this committee based on his experience as a
SPF contractor and working for a systems supplier,” said Richard S. Duncan, Technical Director
for the SPFA.
The Low-Density Foam Committee (LDC) was formed in 2004 to provide manufacturers
and applicators of low-density SPF insulation with an open forum to discuss common issues and
opportunities to develop programs that further the use of low-density SPF insulation. For the
purpose of the committee, low-density SPF insulation is defined as spray polyurethane foam
having a nominal density of less than one point per cubic foot and is used primarily as an interior
