The homes at Crescent Gables are designed to fully maximize the space available for the residents’ enjoyment.
Some developments like the Legacy by the Toll Brothers, with its rear alley garage entrance design, ended up
eliminating any usable backyard, leaving behind the front yard without privacy, mainly for show instead of
day-to-day living. At Crescent Gable, we have done the space design to create pleasing front yard appeal,

The 1,813 s.f. house by the Toll Brothers might seem a lot larger than the 1,574 s.f. of Unit 3 at Crescent
