AGREEMENT OF SALE
The Seller has created a development scheme of 8 portions upon the property known
as Erf 630 Hyde Park Township
The seller hereby sells to the purchaser who purchases Portion
of Erf 630
Hyde Park Township,The Province of Gauteng, voetstoets together with all
conditions of title, (hereinafter referred to as the Portion ) .
Subject to the completion of the Sale and Transfer of the Portion into the
name of the Purchaser, the Parties have agreed that the Seller will construct
the Buildings on the Portion for the Contract price, in accordance with the
scheme, the plans, specifications and on the terms and conditions set out in
the Agreement to erect the Dwelling and annexed hereto as Annexure “B”, to
which agreement the purchaser agrees to be bound
The purchase price in respect of the portion is in the sum of
Added Tax at 14%) payable as follows : -
3.1.1 A deposit of R
signature hereof which amount shall be held in trust by the attorneys interest
thereon to accrue for the benefit of the purchaser.
3.1.2 The balance in cash as in terms of clause 3.1.1 above or by way of a
bank guarantee acceptable to the seller or his nominee within 45days from
date of signature.
