Daniel Daniel Joins Wall Street Access
Institutional Research Team as Senior Vice
Veteran Analyst to Focus on Special Situations

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Wall Street Access, a diversified financial services company,
today announced that Daniel D. Daniel III has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Special Situations. Daniel
will focus on broken deals, corporate spin offs, tender offers and bankruptcies. He will report to Tom Burnett, Vice
Chairman and Director of Research and be based in the New York office.

Prior to joining Wall Street Access, Daniel was Vice President and Special Situations Analyst at UBS for four years.
He was responsible for providing recommendations on special situations as well as considering potential value in
restructurings, demergers, privatizations and other corporate change events. Previously Daniel served as Associate
Director of Global Hedge Fund Sales at UBS.

Daniel is active in community work, serving as a board member of the Westchester Education Fund, a scholarship
program for underprivileged kids. He received a B.S. degree in business finance from the University of Utah and an
MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
