Department of Housing and Urban Development's program, "Lower Income Housing
Assistance Program -- Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation" (CFDA program 14.856) has
been reclassified from CFFR's "Other Direct Payments" (DO) assistance type to the
"Grants" (GG) assistance type. This change affects Tables 1, 3, 4, 10 ,11, 13, and 15, and
involves a significant shift of $28.5 billion (nationally) from "Other Direct Payments" to
"Grants."
