Two Senior Advisors Named to Run Prominent Non-profits

in Westport, CT announced new appointments for two of its Senior Advisors. Dwayne Ashley has been named
Chief Executive Officer, Global Operations at Success For Kids (SKF), a non-profit organization founded to build
life skills that promote social and emotional development in every child, teaching children to be more responsible
by making decisions that reflect a consciousness of others and the world of which they are a part. SFK gives
children an awareness of themselves, of others, and of the interconnectedness of all things so that they become
caring, successful, and effective individuals. Previously, Dwayne served as the President of the Thurgood
Marshall College Fund for 10 years, where he oversaw a broad increase and expansion of TMCF's programming,
revenue and influence in Black education circles.

Johnny C. Taylor, Jr. was selected to lead the 23-year old Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), as its new
President. The Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Inc., named for the late U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice,
was established in 1987 and represents 47 public Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and 6
law schools located in 22 states and the US Virgin Islands and more than 235,000 students.
