From 2004 to 2006, ebdex attempted to develop a web based Electronic Invoicing Presentment and Payment (EIPP) platform to automate Purchase-to-Payment process. We failed miserably, even having raised £250k debt finance, and our Founder loosing a personal fortune. In 2007, ebdex transferred into a niche consultancy specialising in e-invoicing and Supply Chain Finance (SCF). The whole operation was shut down in the same year.
