TAMPA, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards
today announced the 2010 independent judging panel for Florida. This year’s award recipients will be announced at
the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate on Thursday, June 10.
The panel, which selects the regional Entrepreneur Of The Year award finalists and winners, is made up of leaders
from local businesses, academic institutions and civic organizations. Judges are:
l Barry M. Alpert, managing director, Raymond James & Associates, Inc., St. Petersburg, Fla.
l Susan Amat, PhD, executive director, The Launch Pad, University of Miami, Miami, Fla.
l Charles C. Appleby, chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer, Advanced Disposal
Services, Jacksonville, Fla.
l Hugh M. Brown, president and chief executive officer (retired), BAMSI, Inc., Titusville, Fla.
l Craig E. Burson, managing director, H.I.G. Ventures, Miami, Fla.
l John R. Byers, president, chief executive officer and director, FPIC Insurance Group, Inc., Jacksonville, Fla.
l Stephen F. Dickey, M.D., founder and vice president of operations, Doctor’s Walk-In Clinic, Tampa, Fla.
l Rebecca R. Irish, managing partner, RVR Consulting Group, Winter Park, Fla.
l Harold Mills, chief executive officer, ZeroChaos, Orlando, Fla.
l Susan N. Story, president and chief executive Officer, Gulf Power Company, Pensacola, Fla.
