VII. ANNUAL HOUSING AND BOARD RATES
RESIDENCE HALL ROOM AND BOARD RATE POLICIES
Residence halls are generally self-supporting auxiliary enterprises that furnish essential
services to students and authorized persons attending educational activities supported by
the institution. The residence hall program supports the institutional educational program
and otherwise contributes significantly to the realization of the institution’s mission. In
addition to living quarters and meal service, residence halls provide counseling, advising,
and social and recreational programs that augment the ideas and concepts of instructional
programs. The rates of charge are established at levels that cover the cost of the service,
including the proportionate share of the debt service associated with the residence hall and
food service activities at the respective institutions.
A. Application Fee/Deposit, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
An application fee, deposit or combination thereof, not to exceed $50 may be assessed.
