VIRTUAL TOURS: Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group offers you an opportunity to market you and your listings through a highly
effective and “simple to do” virtual tour program called Tour Factory. Training for this business tool is at no cost to you and is
available as part of your initial training and is offered in refresher courses as need arises.
INFO NOW! ADVERTISING:
“INFO NOW!” is a program that allows clients to call a telephone number in order to receive additional information about one or
more listings. When a client has made a call into “Info Now!” the listing agent will be advised of the inquiry generated by that
listing and which advertising media initiated the call. When available, the name and telephone number of the person making
the inquiry will be provided to the agent automatically via a text message or call on cell phone and an e-mail. This enables our
agents to respond immediately to all inquiries into “Info Now!” while the client’s interest is at its peak. This is a mandatory
program and you are expected to put PC#s in all company sponsored advertising.
Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group offers advertising opportunities for listings through our own tabloid, CBTG Homes. Some ads
are at no cost to you and others have a discounted rate. Training regarding the advertising program is offered through your
initial new agent training. Please check with the advertising department for detailed information regarding advertising
Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group uses an online ad submission program called Media Manager. It is accessed through our
intranet, www.mytomlinson.com, and makes submitting and processing ads more efficient.
