TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
This matter cam before the court on the “Verified Complaint” and “Application for
Extension of Temporary Restraining Order” filed by plaintiff Volunteers Of America Southeast,
Inc. (“VOA”). It appears to the court from the “Verified Complaint” that the temporary
restraining order (“TRO”) entered by the Mobile County Circuit Court on October 13, 2006,
which expires by its terms on October 23, 2006, should be extended to November 3, 2006, prior
to a hearing on plaintiff’s request for a preliminary injunction. The court has conferred with
counsel for both parties by telephone. Counsel informed the court that they agree to an
extension of the TRO until a hearing can be held on November 20, 2006.1 After reviewing the
matter, the court agrees that an extension of the TRO is appropriate.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the pending arbitration proceedings in AAA case
