TYPICAL WIRING DIAGRAM FOR
NC150R Master Station with up to Eight (8)
IR150N (or IR150B or IR150SS) Remote Intercom
Stations for Area of Refuge or Rescue Assistance
INSTALLATION GUIDELINES and GENERAL INFORMATION:
All low voltage wiring is #22 AWG, unless otherwise noted.
Main supply circuit: Connect to 117VAC, 60Hz., 40 Watts maximum. Use #18AWG cable.
Observe all local and national electrical codes, and all ADA regulations where applicable.
All terminals connections shown may not be in the order that they appear on the equipment.
The PK151A (and PK151N) have some duplicate terminals (i.e. R,P,N,Q). These terminals
are the same and connections can be made to either or both with the same letter.
Use shielded cables to remote if not in a metal conduit. If shielded cable is used, shield drain
wire replaces terminal 'C' on NC150R control module.
Connect shields from twisted shielded pairs going to each remote station to terminal 'C' on
the NC150R master station.
All optional items and optional wiring is shown in dotted lines.
