Altegrity announces post-close organization with
addition of Kroll
HireRight and Kroll Background Screening combine to create new customer solutions

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Altegrity, Inc., a leading provider of information
solutions to its clients around the world, today announced the alignment and organization of several areas of its
business now that the completion of the acquisition of Kroll Inc. by Altegrity has closed.
Kroll became the newest member of the Altegrity family of businesses, joining USIS, HireRight, and Explore. As
part of the acquisition integration process, over the next several months Altegrity Risk International (ARI) will
become part of the Kroll business unit, enhancing and extending the combined service offerings.
With the Kroll addition to the Altegrity family of companies, the company is leveraging the combined talents and
capabilities of two world-class organizations to create new, better, faster, and more cost-efficient services and
solutions for clients.
