Ralph Peterson has been named President of Advantage Staffing. Ralph brings over 14 years experience in
regional and senior operations leadership roles for both publicly traded and privately held staffing companies and
has a proven track record in all segments of the staffing industry; industrial, light industrial manufacturing and
logistics, clerical and office support, and professional finance and accounting.
Ralph most recently has held operational and senior executive positions with Labor Ready Inc, Robert Half
International, and Randstad North America. Ralph will oversee the Administrative, Clerical and Light Industrial
Mark Marheineke has been named Executive Vice President for Global Operations and will lead a number of
support functions chartered with supporting the Operating Company Presidents and leading initiatives that result
in achieving Advantage Resourcing's objective to evolve our service offerings that set the standard for the
industry and deepen the value offered to our clients.
Mark has over 20 years experience in the staffing industry including roles as President & CEO of a privately held
technical staffing, permanent placement and services firm and Vice President of Operations and Quality for CDI.
Prior to joining Advantage Mark worked with Advantage as part a business assessment & consulting practice
working on performance gap analysis and operations integration.
