Limitations on Employee Access to and Use of Information
At the time of employment, each employee is required to sign a copy of our ―Code of Ethics,‖ which contains a statement on privacy. Each employee
is also required to sign a Pledge of Confidentiality. The orientation process includes a thorough discussion of the confidentiality requirements
his or her manager or their Compliance Officer should there be any doubt whatsoever as to how to proceed in a specific set of circumstances.
