Tampa, FL, September 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Board at Educated Patient, LLC (
www.educatedpatient.com) announced the launch of a new family health education program that will be
available in November of 2010. Through the formation of an executive committee charged with
reexamining how health care education is being handled in America, Educated Patient has identified wide
gaps in patient and family health support. Reviewing the quality and efficiency of an overworked US
Healthcare System was paramount in identifying a new approach to revitalize a historically underserved
market.
Beginning in November of 2010 families will be able to attend group sessions led by medical
professionals to learn about their chronic illnesses and how to manage them. Up until this time there

Patient's plans are to open more than 50 locations across the country that will allow families (and remote
family members in different cities) to communicate by video conference units installed at Educated
Patient Campuses with medical professionals when learning about illnesses, treatment options and
prognosis.
Educated Patient specializes in Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Mental Illness and Family
General Health Education. In 2011 several hundred class will be available in Tampa, Saint Petersburg,
Jacksonville, Orland, Fort Lauderdale & Miami, FL. Locations in 2012 include Atlanta, Houston, Dallas,
Austin, Los Angeles, San Diego & San Francisco, CA.
