Central Equipment Enclosures
Equipment cabinets are used to
house the central equipment for
the Spectrum® 430 and the Pro-
Alert™ 480 Intercom Systems. The
cabinets support and protect the
equipment and secure the conduit.
These heavy-gauge, wall-mounted
cabinets are constructed of welded
steel. The cover is equipped with a
continuous piano-type hinge and a
tumbler lock with offset cam and
two keys. The cabinets are finished
in a durable, baked-on, powder-
coat finish. The cabinet is equipped
with four threaded studs in the back
of the enclosure to accept the fur-
nished metal equipment sub-plate.
Mounting holes are provided in the
cabinet bottom to allow for surface

Cat. 5288 has a capacity of 24-sta-
tions and Cat. 5289 (used with 430
only) has a capacity of 48-stations
on the 430 System. Cat. 5288 has
