11 Q. So, there you have RADR, Southampton, something called
12 Osprey, Chewco, LJM, and then you got Raptors down at the
13 bottom and the amount of money that Michael received, the
14 amount of money you received, and the amount of money to be

17 you were getting the management fees, was the idea that you
18 were going to have to split those fees with Michael?
19 A. That was my understanding. We talked about being 50-50,
20 and I thought that ultimately included that.
21 Q. Okay. Now, let's -- it says "Raptor" there. And now, you
22 see that Michael is projected to receive money from Raptor. Do
23 you see that?
24 A. Yes.

4 Q. And it shows that Michael is going to be getting -- I don't
5 know -- $9.5 million; another 690,000; another 12.4 million;
6 and, then, $2 million for Raptor I. So, quite a bit of money
7 is expected to come in in the future.

9 A. Yes.
10 Q. Now, a lot of that money was going to come from those
11 $30 million investments that he talked about with Mr. Hueston,
13 A. Yes.
14 Q. So, just to be clear for the jury, you told the jury
15 yesterday that when you did your Raptor deal, which you said
16 was illegal and that people in the company knew about it, that
17 you got 41 million but you were totally prepared and part of
18 the deal, in fact, was to give up the 30 million so you'd end
19 up with a profit of 11. Is that right?
20 A. Well, I said that LJM would get the 41 million, which
21 included the 30 investment plus the 11 profit -- in some deals
