York woman who suffered serious back injuries after slip and fall at Hamburg workplace

a serious back injury in a slip and fall accident.
The case, Sheri A. Gostomski v. Benderson Development Company, Inc. (Index No. I-2006-02431), was
involved an incident that occurred on August 14, 2003, inside the premises of Loeffler Beauty Supply in
Hamburg, a town in Erie County, N.Y. On that day, Gostomski was working inside the store when she slipped on
water, a known problem that was supposed to be fixed by the owner of the building, Benderson Development
Company. As a result of her fall, Gostomski suffered a herniated disc in her back, which required multiple
surgeries.
