CALGARY, Alberta--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (“AMA”) is pleased to

The contract includes real time flight following and cockpit voice services anywhere in the world, operational data
reporting, aircraft exceedance and discrepancy reporting, with the option of adding AMA’s UpTime Fuel
Management Information and FLYHTStream in the future without any additional airborne hardware.
The terms of the contract are as follows: 5-year term whereby AMA will provide patented afirs™ UpTime™
solution on a fleet of Boeing 737, Dash 8, Embraer Legacy 600 and Hawker Beech aircraft. If AMA is able to
install on all the contracted aircraft and provide recurring service for the full term of the agreement, the gross
revenues to AMA under this agreement would be approximately USD$2,514,000, excluding optional services.
AMA holds the necessary certifications for the Boeing 737, Dash 8 and Hawker Beech and will commence the
approval process for the Embraer Legacy 600.
AMA believes that this agreement, coupled with the March 30th, 2010 press release regarding the Operations
Centre for the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, and its current contracts in Africa shows the potential for AMA’s
patented technology in Africa and looks for further growth in this region through these relationships.

agreed to by the parties. The actual installation schedules as well as the number and types of aircraft are often
