In the hotel sector, consumer expectations have
considerably changed, and we took that as the starting
point when considering Suitehotel: we needed to take
account of the past in order to be able to meet
the expectations of an increasingly demanding clientele,
and understand why hospitality has become stagnant
with the passing years.
The outcome of this analysis was the Suitehotel concept,
which gives an original expression and a new dimension
to the hotel profession. Changing habits, and cultivating
the quality of relationships with colleagues and guests
alike are major issues to be taken into account for
Suitehotel to continue to grow. The new way of doing
things meant constantly challenging the way things were
done in the past. By taking the past as its basis,
Suitehotel is throwing down the gangplank to the future.

the Suitehotel economic model has many advantages:
• Construction work organised in such a way as to optimise
- industrialisation of the value added technical features (cabins with electrical
linkage), quality pledge
- simplification and speeding up of the on-site process.
• Optimisation of space, trimming project costs
The private space of the suite takes priority. The hotel services are grouped
together in the multipurpose lobby. This means that the total built area of
a Suitehotel corresponds to one and a half times the area of the suite, while
this ratio is approximately 2 for the traditional mid-scale.
• Optimisation of occupancy rates and staff requirements
The generous spaces and functionalities of the Suitehotel room make it
a particularly attractive product for a medium stay guest. Stays at Suitehotel
