BTIG to Hold 8th Commissions for Charity Day
Yearly Event Expected to Raise Several Million for Children’s Charities

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--BTIG LLC, an institutional broker dealer specializing in trading
and related brokerage services, announced that it will donate its equity, fixed income and derivative trading
commission profits earned on May 6 to a designated group of children’s charities.
The firm’s last “Commissions for Charity Day” raised more than $3 million, and over the past five years BTIG has
donated more than $10 million to various organizations across the country, including A Little Hope, Jacob’s Cure,
The Eli Manning Foundation, Catch 25, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital.
“In the current economic environment charities of all types are finding it difficult to continue with their important
