track record to prove it for the role of Director, Transformational Gifts. As a highly

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
The Director of Transformational Gifts is accountable for developing and leading the
strategies that will engage individual donors to realize their philanthropic interest as it
relates to the social service sector. Working closely with Advisory Committee
members, the Director of Targeted Community Investment, individual donors, private
foundations and others, the Director will seek to deepen donor engagement. In
securing transformational gifts, this position will both inspire donors towards higher
levels of engagement and contribute to UW’s mission. This position’s unique ability is
to ignite and match donor passion with opportunities for investment.
