A great chunky burger filled with saltines, onions, green
peppers and tasty spices.
Combine chosen meat with egg, green pepper, onion, saltines, lemon pepper and garlic salt. Form
large, but fairly thin patties. Put on preheated grill. Cook until center is no longer pink but burger is still
juicy. TIP: Don't completely flatten burger with spatula or you will squeeze all of the juices out.

This favorite was created by my father-in-law years ago,
and then I added a few things of my own.

1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 pound ground beef
8 hamburger buns, split
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef and sausage over mixture; mix well.
Shape into eight patties. Gril
