Step #1 – I will send you a HTML file. Detach it and place it on your
desktop.
Step #2 – Right click on the HTML file and choose open with Microsoft
Internet Explorer (it’s important to use IE, Firefox won’t work).
Step #3 – You should see the eSig card in your browser. Right-click in the
browser and choose “select all”. Then right-click again and choose
“copy”. You’ve stored the card in your clipboard now.
Step #4 – In Outlook go to Tools, then Options, then Mail Format and
click on Signatures.
Step #5 – Click the new button to setup a new signature (or modify a old
signature).
Step #6 – Within the Edit Signature box right-click and choose paste. You
should see the card there. Then click “OK”.
Step #7 – Try sending an email to yourself to see if the signature is there
and the links work.
