Contactology Revenue Up 60% in Q1 2010
Increase in Revenue Growth Fueled By Strong Sales and New Product Integrations during First Quarter

DURHAM, N.C.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Contactology, a provider of email marketing and online survey
technologies, announced today that the company’s first quarter revenue was up by more than 60% from Q1 2009.
In addition, company infrastructure has grown 30% during the past year with new hires in development and sales;
additional hires are expected throughout 2010 to support the company’s continued growth. The company attributes
this positive momentum to an increase in its email marketing customer base and new additions to its feature set.
In the last quarter, Contactology has added more than one hundred email marketers and agency resellers to its client
portfolio, including Morris DigitalWorks, who selected Contactology as the recommended email provider for its vast
network of newspapers and publications. Other clients included Wizard Entertainment and Perfect Fitness.
The company also introduced several new integrations with other complimentary 3rd-party SaaS providers during
the first quarter of 2010, including:
l A robust integration with Google Analytics that allows users to access their post-click analytics data inside
Contactology, and track the amount of revenue generated by any given campaign.
l An email marketing widget for Zendesk users to access their Contactology email marketing lists directly inside
the Zendesk user interface.
l An import driver for Tactile CRM that allows users to easily retrieve contacts from Tactile and import them
directly into Contactology’s email marketing application.
A new graphical user interface (GUI) was also developed for customers that are white labeling the company’s email
