Terms & Conditions of ‘Fly for Free’ Offer
IndusInd Bank Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”), offers to its existing Debit Card Holders
(hereinafter collectively referred to “Customers”), the ‘Fly for Free’ promotion (hereinafter referred to as
2. Under the promotion, a return ticket will be given to the Cardholders spending at least Rs.30,000/- on
their respective Bank debit cards during the period commencing from 1st October, 2008 until 31st
December, 2008 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Eligibility Criteria”).
3. All customers to fulfill the aforesaid criteria will get a free return ticket, certain other taxes and charges
as mentioned herein below needs to be borne by customer. The free return ticket would only include
non payment of basic fare & handling charge but other taxes and charges, needs to be borne by the
customer. Customer need to pay Airport Tax & Surcharges.
It is clarified that the aforesaid spending of Rs.30,000/- on the Bank debit card shall be applicable on
retail transactions only and transactions such as cash withdrawal at ATMs do not qualify towards
calculation of the total spending on the respective Bank debit cards. Any incremental Spend (beyond Rs.
30000) being done on the card would not be re-warded additionally.
It is clarified that the Bank shall, only upon the satisfaction of the aforesaid Eligibility Criteria,
send the “Booking Request Form” (hereinafter referred to as “Form”) within 45 days of the
end of the Promotion i.e. the 14th February, 2009. It is clarified that each Cardholder shall be
entitled to only one Form irrespective of the said Eligible Customer fulfilling the Eligibility
Criteria more than once.
It is clarified in this regard that the destination of the return flight as indicated by the Eligible Customer
has to be the outbound city. For example, if the Customer is booking a flight from Mumbai to Delhi,
then the return flight shall be from Delhi to Mumbai. The return flight cannot be book
