Who:
This grant is available to any student from a church that partners financially with WJU.
Students will need to gain admission in order to receive the grant.
Amount:
Minimum $2000 for one academic year,
but up to $8000 based on unmet need
after all other free money is counted.
Scholarship amount will be split evenly
for each semester; spring only awards
will be for ½ the yearly amount.
$2000 for one academic year (Fall, Spring,
Summer). The student will receive 1/3 of the
annual amount ($667) for each term of
enrollment during the academic year.
Deadline:
June 1 for the Fall term;
November 1 for the Spring term.
August 15 for the Fall term; December 15 for
the Spring term; April 15 for the Summer term.
Applicants will be awarded on a “first-come, first-served” basis due to the limited number of
available grants. Subsequent years require a reapplication. The student will be notified by the
Financial Aid Committee as to whether or not the recommendation has been approved.
