Embraer Phenom VLJ "Very Light Jet" 100's Take To The Skies...
The latest good news for General Aviation (GA), is the release and production of the Embraer
Phenom 100, considered a Very Light Jet (VLJ) aircraft, a 4-6 passenger micro jet. About 35
Embraer Phenom 100's have been delivered to date.
(PRWEB) June 17, 2009 -- Dean Andrew Kantis, founder of www.MicroJetPositions.com states, "The GA
market has recently gone through considerable changes . We started selling the Eclipse 500 VLJ, the first VLJ to
hit the market several years ago, and we were seeing premiums as high as $400,000.00 on top of the
Owner/Seller's paid deposit reimbursement. This trend of Aircraft Position Speculation, then trickled into Cessna
Citation Mustangs, Embraer Phenom 100's, Diamond D-Jets, Honda Jets, Cirrus The Jet, and other aircraft
manufacturers...."
The economic market changes started in October 2008, with the banking restructuring crisis. Micro Jet Positions,
then saw Owner/Seller premiums begin to fall from "profitable selling situations," to ground level where
Owner/Sellers were just able to get their deposit monies reimbursed. Lately, post 1st quarter 2009 and now into
2nd quarter 2009, the demand for aircraft is yielding Owner/Sellers about as low as half of their deposits paid to
date. This results in a loss for Aircraft Speculation Holders, to be anywhere from about $150,000.00 to
$250,000.00.
However, since many of the Aircraft Manufacturers are slowing production to keep their supply/demand
economics inline with current economies of scale, the decrease in production leveled out the supply in order to
meet with the lower demand, further stabilizing the price points for aircraft deliveries. The demand should then
continue to grow, further causing the supply to keep up with the demand. Aircraft manufacturers will then want
to increase production, to keep up with the new demand.
As this happens, the Aircaft Position Speculators should find that their investment should hopefully yield them
