Altegrity Names William Bratton as Chairman of

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Altegrity, Inc.—an industry-leading provider of information
solutions—has named William J. Bratton as Chairman of Kroll, one of Altegrity, Inc.’s four core businesses. Kroll
president and CEO Ben Allen will continue in his daily leadership role and responsibilities as leader of Kroll business
activities and operations. In his new role with Kroll, Mr. Bratton will work with Mr. Allen and the business’ senior
leadership to achieve Kroll’s strategic growth objectives as well as assist with client outreach and service initiatives.
Mr. Bratton and Mr. Allen report to Altegrity CEO Mike Cherkasky.
Mr. Bratton has been serving as the Chairman of Altegrity Risk International (ARI).
