varieties have received the necessary approvals in the United States,
Canada and Mexico, however, as of November 9, 2009, approvals have
not been received in all major cotton export markets. It is a violation
of national and international law to move material containing traits
across boundaries into nations where import is not permitted.
To establish and document awareness of and compliance with the
cotton marketing stewardship requirements, this Cotton Marketing
Stewardship Agreement (CMSA) must be signed by the California
grower, and an authorized dealer, prior to shipment or delivery
of this seed to the grower.
Genuity™ Roundup Ready® Flex cotton varieties subject to the
stewardship agreement may only be sold to California growers
for planting in California.
