THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “ Agreement ”) is entered into this 11 day of September, 2007,
between Activision Publishing, Inc. (the “ Employer ”) and George Rose (“ you ”).
The Employer desires to employ you, and you desire to be so employed by the Employer, on the terms and
subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual promises set forth in this Agreement, the
Employer and you hereby agree as follows:
1. Term of Employment
(a) The term of your employment under this Agreement (the “ Term ”) commenced effective as of
April 1, 2007 (the “ Effective Date ”) and shall end on March 31, 2010 (the “ Expiration Date ”) or such
earlier date on which your employment is terminated under Section 10. At least six (6) months prior to the
Expiration Date, you and the Employer each agree to provide the other party notice of intent not to continue
employment following the Expiration Date.
(b) Except as set forth in Section 12(t), upon the Expiration Date (or such earlier date on which
your employment is terminated pursuant to Section 10) all obligations and rights under this Agreement shall
immediately lapse. If your employment continues beyond the Expiration Date, you shall be an at-will employee
whose employment may be terminated by either of the parties to this Agreement at any time for any reason.
(a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, in full consideration for all rights and services
provided by you under this Agreement, during the Term you shall receive the compensation set forth in this
