The minutes for the January 28th meeting were reviewed by those present.
Carolyn LaPotin requested the secretary to change the name of her co-chair for the

advised, after a motion by Nancy Glicksman and second by Joan Jackson, to send
the corrected minutes to the Management and Board of Directors.
Sharon Nelson, our liason with the BOD, was present. She had no formal report.
BAKED POTATO DINNER: Mary Womack, chair, reported that 88 people attended this
event on January 26th, and a profit of $162.23 was made.
VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER : Cloice Schwyn, chair, reported the $574.90 was made in
profit. The committee will use some of the profit to purchase some needed items for
the kitchen. Among those items discussed was an additional rolling card, a floor pad
for in front of the sink area, and a cork board that could be installed in the kitchen to
assist with scheduling duties during activities. They will be investigated by various
committee members and reported on at a later meeting.

Tuesday, March 18. The cost will be $12.00 per person, and the committee will meet
