Loan Originator starts at 50% close 4 loans in a month get promoted and become a
Regional Manger- 60%
Once the Loan Originator closes four (4) loans not including seconds either through team or personal
production within a calendar month they will be promoted to 60%.
Team production is when a person you recruited is producing loans
Senior Manager 70% Once the Regional Manager closes seven (7) loans not including seconds either
through team or personal production within a calendar month they will be promoted to 70%.
National Marketing Director: 80%
You must have been vested at 70% to qualify. Vested is when you have closed seven (7) loans in a month for
three (3) months in a row from personal or team production. You must manage three (3) LO’s at 70% and they
must be vested at 70% for you to qualify for the Additional Bonus program. Loan production requirements are
in place for this promotion and they are $4,200,000 per month and a minimum of twenty one (21) loans thru
TEAM production ONLY. You must close 21 loans with a minimum of $4,200,000 a month for 3 months in a row
to be vested and receive Additional Bonuses. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All National Marketing Directors must hold four (4) weekly team calls. Participate in all weekly training calls.
Must be available on a full time basis Must have ten (10) personally recruited producers with three (3) vested
at 70% and a total team of forty (40) LO’s that you manage.
