CHOATE ROSEMARY HALL / 2009-2010 STUDENT HANDBOOK
WELCOME
This Handbook serves as your guide to life at Choate Rosemary Hall. We ask that you read the following pages closely and that you become
familiar with the codes and expectations of our school. Abide by the expectations outlined herein and your experience at Choate will be one of
the most positive experiences of your life.
Above all, seek out the wisdom and guidance of the adults in this school who have committed their lives to your education and the formation of
a system of values that will sustain you both during your time here and in your life in the years beyond Choate.
The school reserves the right to make changes in the expectations and agreements outlined in this Handbook after notification to the community has been posted on the bulletin
board outside the Dean of Students’ Office for a full week and the Daily Notice has alerted the community to read the changes carefully.
Choate Rosemary Hall adheres to a long-standing policy of admitting students without regard to sex, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, or national and ethnic origin. It does not
discriminate on these bases in the administration of its educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics, or other school-administered programs.
