THIS DOCUMENT HAS IMPORTANT LEGAL CONSEQUENCES; CONSULTATION
WITH AN ATTORNEY IS ENCOURAGED WITH RESPECT TO ITS COMPLETION OR

14,000 square foot headquarter banking facility located at the corner of Haywood Road and Halton Road in
Greenville, South Carolina. The building will be two stories in height and have parking and drive-through paving.
