BroadCall Laptop Terms and Conditions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Laptop” means the laptop
computer supplied under this offer together with all accompanying software and
hardware. “Equipment” means the Laptop, wireless router and special Telephone
Adaptor supplied by us (as applicable).
1. A maximum of one Laptop will be provided per household. A customer with
more than one home, where each home is on a separate Utility Warehouse
account with its own telephone line, may order a free laptop on our BroadCall
Laptop tariff for each home.
2. a) Our BroadCall Laptop tariff is subject to a minimum contract term of two
years. An early termination fee is payable if, before the expiry of the minimum
(i) the BroadCall Laptop service is disconnected for any reason; or
(ii) you ask us to migrate your broadband service to an alternative
(iii) you ask us to cancel your BroadCall Laptop service for any reason,
including loss of, or accidental damage to, your Laptop.
The early termination fee will be based on the retail price of the laptop at the
time it was originally supplied to you which will be reduced to reflect the
proportion of your minimum contract term which has been completed, plus an
administration charge of £15.
b) We do not offer any upgrade options during the minimum contract term,
however customers may purchase and use any computer equipment they wish on
our BroadCall Laptop tariff.
3. Connection to BroadCall Laptop for new customers is subject to you
simultaneously applying to take at least one energy service from the Utility
Warehouse. Should the energy service not be successfully transferred to us within
eight weeks, or subsequently be transferred to another supplier, then whilst you
continue to subscribe to BroadCall Laptop your monthly subscription will increase
