Request for Proposals: Consultancy (P3) - WHO anaemia project
You are hereby invited to submit a proposal for consultancy services relating to the advancement of the
WHO project on anaemia by collaborating in preparing documents, organizing meetings and developing
systematic reviews on anaemia and iron compounds. The services required by the World Health
Organization (WHO) are more fully described in the Terms of Reference attached to this Request for
Proposals (RFP).
WHO, a public international organization consisting of 194 Member States, is dependent on contributions
it receives for the implementation of its activities. You are therefore requested to propose the best and
most cost-effective solution to meet WHO's requirements.
This RFP is open to individuals engaged in the field of medicine or health-related areas with proven
expertise in anaemia, evidence search and systematic reviews.
The proposal should be prepared and submitted in the English language and should include the following
information:
Completed General Profile filled-in through the http://www.who.int/careers/en/ (download the
profile as a PDF document, and include it as part of the e-mail submission);
Filled in questionnaire; and
Letter of interest (including financial proposal).
Proposals should be submitted to WHO in writing no later than the 18 November, 2018 at 17:00 hours
Geneva time ("the closing date"), with subject line of "Consultancy P3 WHO anaemia project", emailed at
the following address: nutrition@who.int
