WARNING OF FABRICATED PHYTOCEUTICALS/
PHYTO-C PRODUCT IN ASIA
PhytoCeuticals, Inc., the highly respected developer and manufacturer of proprietary skin care formulations,
who also invented Stable Liquid L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) announced the termination of ChainsFar
International Corp. including the subcontractor Cosmedical Limited distributing PhytoCeuticals formulas/
PHYTO-C Skin Care in Asia Pacific effective on July 1, 2010 as these companies breached the distribution
agreement. These companies introduced controversial PHYTO-C products such as fiber facial mask, eye
mask and B5 EX, which are not created nor made by PhytoCeuticals and violated our medical guidelines
which cause damage to our reputation.
“As a prominent medical researcher, it is my ethical responsibility to protect the benefit of patients, avoid any
imitation and I have to protect our scientific integrity and the reputation of our unique, clinically-proven
products by any and all legal means,” mentioned Dr. Mostafa M. Omar, president of PhytoCeuticals, Inc. A
police report had been filed regarding this case and PhytoCeuticals has no responsibility on the warranty of
these products’ safety as we got lots of complaints from customers who are suffering from irritation and
allergic reactions from these fabricated products under PHYTO-C Skin Care.
Following the termination of business relationships with these companies, ChainsFar International Corp.,
Chainskang Inc, and Cosmedical Limited had no rights to distribute or represent any PHYTO-C Skincare and
Phytoceuticals’ formulas and no right to access any formulas, products, clinical researches, patents and
grants of PhytoCeuticals, Inc to be published on any of their marketing materials, in meanwhile, the warranty
of safety will also no longer be secured by PhytoCeuticals.
PhytoCeuticals retains the ownership of all its proprietary formulations, as well as the scientific research,
