Student Locker Rental Policies
LOCKERS WILL BE RENTED AT THE START OF EACH SEMESTER PENDING AVAILABILITY

REGISTRATION
In order to request a locker rental, please download the "Locker Rental Agreement Form" from the Office of Student Activities and
Campus Center web site, www.emerson.edu/student_activities, or pick up a form at the Commons Desk located on L1 of the
Campus Center.
Lockers can be rented for a fee of $10.00 per semester, and for $5.00 per summer session. This fee must be paid by cash at the Commons
Desk of the Campus Center. Once the fee is paid and the contract signed, the Campus Center staff will photocopy the contract
along with the student’s Emerson ID, and place the form on file.
There is no guarantee that a particular locker will be available, and the final decision for the locker assignment rests with the Office
of Student Activities and the Campus Center.
Please be mindful that lockers are not automatically renewable. Students must notify the Office of Student Activities and the
Campus Center if they would like to renew their agreement and continue usage through the following semester or through the
summer. A new agreement must then be signed and the rental fee paid again.
It is the responsibility of the student to remove all materials and belongings from their assigned locker by the last day of the semester.
Failure to do so may result in the items being disposed of by Campus Center staff. A reminder notice will be sent via e-mail a few
weeks prior to the end of the semester.
If all lockers become occupied, students may be placed on a waiting list until the next locker becomes available. Students who are
called from the waiting list will have two full business days to respond to an offer of a locker rental befor
