1. Provide everything necessary including, as required herein, but not limited to furnishing shirts, pants,
coveralls, shop coats, emblems, red shop towels; measuring, fitting, hemming, taking in and letting out,
adjusting, stitching, sewing, repairing; laundering, stain-removing, pressing; inventorying, delivering,
picking up, replacing uniforms.
2. Provide the services to the locations required and by the times required for each City employee.
B. SCOPE OF WORK:
A) Provide sample City emblems and name emblems within 7 calendar days after award for City review.
B) Take accurate fitting measurements within 7 calendar days after award and within 7 calendar days
after receipt of notification for any new measurements.
C) Furnish new pants, shirts, coveralls, and shop coats for starting inventory, within 7 calendar days
after fitting measurements have been taken.
D) Make necessary alterations of uniforms within 7 calendar days after furnishing the uniforms.
E) Furnish the shop towels within 7 calendar days after award for Fleet Services Division.
F) Provide cleaned uniforms and cleaned shop towels per week per City employee, Mondays preferred.
G) Replace all irreparably damaged, or permanently stained, or worn out uniforms, lab coats, and shop
towels with all new ones within 7 calendar days of pick up.
2. PROPER FIT:
A) Measure each City employee individually to assure that the to-be-provided uniforms fit properly.
B) Check with each City employee individually to assure that the provided uniforms fit properly; make
necessary alterations to the uniforms.
C) Make, after the initial acceptance of the uniforms fitting properly, necessary alterations or supply new
uniforms for employees whose uniforms no longer fit properly; note that additional charges may apply
for alterations and for prorated uniform costs.
