AUXILIO, Inc. Appoints New Executive Vice
President of Operations

MISSION VIEJO, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--AUXILIO, Inc. (AUXO.OB), the pioneer in managed
print services (MPS) for the health care industry, today announced that Scott Mumby has been appointed to
Executive Vice President.
Mr. Mumby is a proven strategic leader, with 15 years of experience implementing and managing growth and
transformation initiatives for organizations ranging in size from mid-market to Fortune 500. Mr. Mumby joins
AUXILIO from Sealane Consulting, LLC, where he provided strategic consulting services for select premiere
Fortune 500 clients. Previous to Sealane Consulting, Mr. Mumby was a principal consultant with Pricewaterhouse
Coopers focused on the alignment of business strategy, organizational structure and corporate leadership to achieve
key business goals.
In his new position, Mr. Mumby will be responsible for managing and growing in-hospital operations staff, service
offering improvement strategies, and corporate development and will report to AUXILIO’s Chief Executive Officer
Joseph J. Flynn.
